@youngfishgod@bestGenjiNA It’s strictly illegal for companies to “straight up lie” about nutritional facts on food labels, which are heavily regulated. There are rounding rules and supplemental “loopholes”, but you can’t just say your 500 calorie regular ice cream is 70 cal protein ice cream.
Best calorie deficit breakfast =
Chobani fat free plain Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries in it and a black coffee.
100 cals. 16g protein. Satiating.
Eat a 6-7oz baked chicken cutlet and steamed broccoli for lunch. 200 cals, 35-40g protein.
If you can’t make it to dinner on that, in between drink a 170 cal 30g Oikos protein drink.
Make it to 5pm around 475 calories and 85g protein, can eat a substantial dinner and still have room for a late night snacky.
A calorie deficit means your body is using more energy than you’re consuming. If that is truly happening over time, body mass must decrease. If weight isn’t going down, then either calories in, calories out, or the time frame is being estimated incorrectly. You are simply not correct if you think you’ve been in a 500 calorie deficit every day for 3 years but you’ve gained 20 lbs. That is literally impossible.
