@snowleopardess@bookaholicgirlx@NeilWilcock2 There are people coaching how to fill the form with the right words. Hard to believe that a few hundred of genuine disabled people get on PIP every day. The numbers speak for themselves.
@bookaholicgirlx@NeilWilcock2@snowleopardess Real disabled people like you deserve all the help needed, however there's a lot of people that know how to play the system. Once you get on PIP there is no benefit cap, that's another incentive for people to try.
@bookaholicgirlx@NeilWilcock2@snowleopardess Can't be that difficult, hundreds get on PIP daily. I know my self 5 people on PIP with a Motability car. 2 of them I'd say they using the car unlawfully, as one of them uses it to go work, but the person on PIP stays at home. So is basically a free car to go work.
@halpins1@snowleopardess Remember that benefits pay zero income tax. You can earn 25k on benetit tax free but you have to earn more than that if you want 25k net pay.
@Wayfarer_One@David90shaw It was about stopping europeans coming here. Instead they swapped them from inmigrants from the third world. The results speak for themselves.
@CTWhite80@lest80799@ramonagusta The are family so I want the best for them, but when they get the same amount of or more that people working full time something is wrong. Forgot to say the also enjoy a Motability car with all included, they only have to pay fuel. Free dentist too...
@CTWhite80@lest80799@ramonagusta One of the adults is on PIP, the other is a worskhy that hasn't worked a day in her life, yet they get monthly the same amount that me and my partner get together (we have a child). They don't pay a penny on income tax, we do. tax threshold should be around 16k, not 12k
@lest80799@CTWhite80@ramonagusta It's not child benefit, it's the child element on UC which it is around 300/month. Before April they only got child element for kids 1&2. After the 2 child cap is gone they get the child element for all the kids, so 600/month for kid 3&4 on top what they were getting before.
@mage_leader@iRacing It's not expensive, stick to the basic package for a few months until you get to know how everything works, don't need to buy a thing for a while, just the monthly payment.
@keebsonx@iRacing I agree partially.Been on iRacing since 2010, I don't like that we have to pay for Laguna Seca now, but at the same time, we were given free tracks few times. Rudskogen and Orschleben come to mind.
@The_Pro_Invest@Hawkeye_74 It's a joke. Gov gives sickness or disability benefits ike they are sweets. All is required is fill the form with the right words. On top of that, getting pip eliminates the benefit cap. No wonder 1 in 5 new cars are Motability.
@its_all_atoms@jeremieSNP Partially true. Go to northern Spain in winter and you will see the weather is no different than in the UK, heck, it is even colder there in winter.
@CTWhite80@ramonagusta Poverty? My in laws have 4 kids, lifting the 2 child cap gives them 600 extra a month. I would not class as poor a house with 4 PS5, 3 PC 'so and a phone for every child. They had All that previously to the 2 child cap removal.
@Marooned_Sailor@FraserNelson@JuliaHB1 Not just that, get PIP for someone in the household and the benefit cap dont apply no more. On top of that you can get a brand new car where you only have to pay fuel, the we wonder why some people exploit the system.
@Hate__Not__Hope@dunstablian It's a joke, now way a quarter of the population are disabled. Same in England. A generation of snowflakes that cant deal with everyday issues. There are genuine disabled people, but I'd say 1 out of 3 disabled should not be classed as such.
@nickfoster1962@Elizabe13014545 Show where I can get a lease for a brand new car with everything included (tax, insurance, breakdown, tyre replacement...) for around £300/month.
@noxbaal@iRacing Just like in real life, someone crashes into you and you have to deal with the consequences, regardless of who's at fault. Instead of damage and repairs you get incident points.
