Funny listening to @PSEA and @childrenfirstpa say that funding needs to increase in districts to achieve better results, but it needs to decrease in cyber charters to…achieve better results.
PSEA and CF don’t care about children. They care about the system.
@PaEdChoice
@RepBenham Why didn’t you share these same concerns to cyber charter teachers and students when you pushed for funding cuts to those schools?
Insight & Agora Cyber had to lay off hundreds of staff through cuts that you and the rest of the PA House Dems begged for.
Congress is one thing, but at this point, the PA legislature is of more importance to me.
Shapiro can’t have a trifecta.
Thanks for your hard work, @Maloney.
PA NUMBERS UPDATE
Here is the data from the 3 top PA swing Congressional districts
We won all three of them in 2024
GOP mail in requests are up BIGLY now compared to 2024... districts 8/10 are up consistently... district 7 is lagging 2022 numbers
PA will determine control of the US CONGRESS
Note how strong our work is in PA 10 for @ScottPerryPA... my guy is at 34% of the mail in request share
At this time in 2022... 25%
At this time in 2024... 29%
NO DAYS OFF
The team @ThePAChase is not taking a vacation... barely even a lunch break.
We are knocking 6 days a week and we won't stop until November 3.
If you want to help...

Shapiro's budget requires massive tax hikes: "'Our opinion is that a broad-based tax increase will be necessary because it will not be possible to cut spending enough to address that full deficit,' Knittel said.
Broad-based means income and sales taxes. Knittel said those are the only two taxes that are large enough and easy enough to quickly raise." https://t.co/54lTeOzYDt
@PaEdChoice I find it interesting that a board member noted how many school personnel at this district are supposedly sending their kids to a cyber charter, and then he goes on to say positions might need to be cut and for staff not to “bite the hand that feeds them.” Threat, much?
@abc27News talked PA budget noting the Democrat controlled house did “their” part (which was just a rubber stamp) moving it to the Republican controlled Senate. Not one change - unprecedented. That’s “their” part. Reality check tomorrow morning with PA Rep Kauffman on First News.
PA House Democrats should be on board with this cause they care about protecting taxpayers, right?
Oh wait…they don’t like any legislation that could inconvenience school districts.

This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen.
We don’t create any daylight when we move the clocks forward on DST. It’s not going to be light out until 8:45 p.m. in the winter as it is in the summer.
“Skyrocketing charter costs”
Remind me again of the per-pupil expenditure in Philadelphia? How many “climate staff” are there?
You guys only care about the public school teachers that serve the union. Screw the charter teachers, right?
@PaEdChoice@Malliard@shesanti
Ce-Ce Gerlach, Democrat elected in tonight’s primary for PA HD-22, will follow in the footsteps of the rest of the PA House Dems in attacking charter schools if elected in November, per her campaign site.
Parents need to vote in November!
@Malliard@shesanti@PaEdChoice
Families in PA that like their non-district school need to take this year’s election seriously.
A Dem trifecta in PA means those legislators beholden to PSEA will come after YOUR child’s school.
