They didn’t know how to lay foundation and you trying to falsely equate that with a judge calling their statements into question brings your credibility into question.

The audacity of WBR or Nerdy talking about someone else lying in court is honestly wild.

If we're going to discuss credibility, let's discuss all of it. WBR stood before a judge and, according to the court record, made statements that were immediately called into question. Not only did the judge order him not to mention JLR, but after the issue came up, the court made sure to clarify that point again so there was no confusion.

That's why I find all the outrage over someone else's honesty so interesting. Before pointing fingers, people should probably make sure their own side of the street is spotless.

Because it specifically says he can't talk about him Mr Riches at all.

I knew Alex before all this and you won’t ever catch me doubting his good intentions, but I don’t move the goalposts just bc I’ve been in the trenches with someone.

The obstruction charge is bullshit but the nuisance charge is fair.

Whether you agree with the YouTubers (@CriminalNetworX, @DAA_JUICE1, and @857Tucson) or not isn't the point.

The bigger question is when did it become acceptable to arrest people for sitting on the side of a public road, not blocking traffic, not causing a disturbance, and simply exercising their rights?

If citizens and content creators can be arrested for peacefully observing and documenting what's happening, that's something everyone should be paying attention to.

I have a feeling this isn't over yet.
