@bngdistpol, @LyRajesh1, @IgpRange (CCTV footage attached) Last Saturday (23 Nov, 12:30PM) , a shocking act of cruelty unfolded in our community. A person named TS Manohar deliberately ran over a loving, innocent community dog "Tuktuki" —a dog who only ever spread love and warmth. This beautiful soul, who we neutered and vaccinated at our own expense and tried to give her a safe space as a citizen of this country. Before her neutering she gave birth to seven adorable puppies. Despite the challenges, one of our kind residents, @an_uplift , stepped up to care for these puppies and got them adopted to great families, all while facing harassment from individuals like Manohar.

But Manohar’s heartlessness didn’t stop there. He showed no remorse after his inhumane act. The poor dog, left in unbearable pain for 30 minutes, we had to rush it to the hospital. She is now undergoing major surgery and enduring unimaginable pain. The medical expenses have already crossed ₹1 lakh, and yet, when confronted, Manohar shamelessly refused to contribute anything, rather threatened us to pay fine (Screenshot attached). He feels no guilt—none at all—for the pain he has inflicted.

This is not just an attack on an innocent animal; it’s an attack on compassion and humanity, and Manohar continues to shift blame onto the watchman, society, and everyone but himself.

We Filed an FIR at the Sarjapur police station, and the Police team in Sarjapur are empathetic to the situation and very helpfully guided us on the process.
