@MakeMyTrip is trying to pocket 50% of my money after their team failed to provide support for a week. Your "gestures" mean nothing when you have been ignoring me for a week. Admitting you can refund 50% proves you can refund 100%. Give it back.

@makemytrip @makemytripcare YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY! So what happened was, I needed to change the date for my Sri Lankan Airlines flight, so I called the airline first. They told me that since I booked through MakeMyTrip, I had to handle it through them.
