Hi @makemytrip . 2nd disappointed tweet this year. First I book hotel room, you confirm and then three days later cancel, causing me grief.
Then day before my return back from trip, bus becomes unavailable forcing me to scramble and find some means to get back home.

One of the worst experiences I have had with MMT, traveling from Ooty to Bangalore on the 1.1.22.
Bus scheduled for 8 45 PM. Reach stop at 7 45PM, turns out bus has already left. MMT unreachable with no customer care service, bus operator unreachable.

@aaikolairport easily the worst in the country when it comes to baggage release. Waiting for 30mins. 5 pieces of baggage released. This is not even a one-off. Every single time. Why on earth is it so difficult to put the baggage on the damn conveyer belt? Absolutely shambolic
