@FlyYeti@hello_sarkar@hello_dotnpl@hello_CAANepal My account was refunded finally on 19 October, after 37 days since putting my first request. One suggestion to improve your refund policy; if a customer can pay through QR code/fonepay, don't ask the customer to come to office to process the refund! Refund it online!
@FlyYeti your refund system (if there is one!) is so terrible and frustrating. One cancelled flight, three calls (with multiple transfers), one email, 35 days and still no refund. When will I get my money back? @hello_sarkar@hello_dotnpl@hello_CAANepal

@sajid_sadpara@shahmiruk I can't even imagine the emotions you went through after the incident with your father, planning for this expedition, and finding him. You are a brave man Sajid, and kudos to you for making sensible decisions on the mountains, which can be tricky even during the best of times.
