@makemytrip@makemytripcare customer care (not really) has been a harrowing experience. Despite the indigo airline crediting full refund amidst the chaos, these guys want to charge the (in)convenience fee and what not charges.

@makemytrip People at customer care are without any word are moving you to IVR. This is getting next level customer (don’t ) care. The charges are for some of convenience, what are the compensation for inconvenience. Looting out of fiasco of airline.
It is so worrisome that we still do not realise the impacts that climate change entails. Such unpredictability on weather and water shortages are becoming common issues. Sustainable practices if at all adopted come with various loopholes, where are we headed

@airvistara why can’t passengers be informed when you are already well aware of the delays. Announced for 30 min and goes for 1.5 hours. This is quite convenient. Rains are for everyone, not just for airlines!
The TAT for #Airtel to look into and resolve issues is 24 hours from every time you call them. They escalate and ask you to wait and then you call them again and cycle goes on!!!

Vistara is making such a fool out of public and conveniently causing inconvenience by misinformation on a delayed flight by longer than 1H 20M so that people would not claim refunds. Why would I book a 8:40PM flight and pay extra money for it and mind the time yet not in air.
#Ajio was supposed to be a good platform but knowing how they randomly block people’s accounts and have their money stuck in app wallets doesn’t sound so good anymore. Their customer care response is so poor that they just send any automated response that too in 7 days
@flipkartsupport why take orders if it can't be fulfilled (completely understandable the covid times but its for all) and in addition to that a harrowing experience by not giving the option to cancel it, just look at when it was supposed to be delivered and delay trail.
