जिस पर गुजरात सरकार ने इस अवैध ढाँचे की देखरेख करने वाले मुँझावर पर लैंड ग्रैबिंग एक्ट के अन्तर्गत कारवाई भी की थी।

Pic 4- किंतु बहुत लंबा समय बीत जाने के बावजूद स्थानिक प्रशासन को अनैको बार मोरबी के स्थानिक नागरिको द्वारा, सामाजिक एवं धार्मिक संस्थाओं द्वारा आवेदन देने के बावजूद अवैध अतिक्रमण अभी तक हटाया नहीं गया है।

और तो और इस अवैध ढाँचे को स्थानिक प्रशासन के कुछ अधिकारीयो द्वारा अवैध तरीक़े से पानी और बिजली का कनेक्शन भी दिया गया है जिसे लेकर भी स्थानिक नागरिकों(हिंदू समाज)में भारी रोष व्याप्त है।

गुजरात की जनता जानना चाहती है कि आख़िर क्यों इस अवैध बिजली/पानी के कनेक्शन को काटने से स्थानिक प्रशासन बच रहा है ???

Yesterday he posted a video and gave a communal angle to it without verifying it. That tweet went viral. It has 1.3M views, 9586 retweets, 642 Quotes, and 16.5k likes.

When police clarified that the case was about personal enmity and victim Mohsin had beaten the accused Golu on the 21st of May, instead of deleting his communal tweet, shameless Zubair just posted an update.
That Updated tweet has just 175 retweets, 16 Quotes, and 690 likes.

After his first tweet, many people are still sharing that video by giving a communal angle. I request @drnarottammisra Ji to take action against all the people who didn't deleted their tweet yet.

This fake claim could create law and order situation in the state.

यासीन के बेटे अवल्ली ने सबसे पहले शोभित शर्मा की कार का दरवाजा खोला और उनकी छाती पर घूँसा मारा, इसके बाद मौरीन, मोहम्मद बबलू, खालिद, इसरार, मोहम्मद सेठ, अय्यूब आदि लोगों ने एकजुट हो कर शोभित पर जानलेवा हमला किया

मामला उत्तराखंड, देहरादून के थानाक्षेत्र विकासनगर का है, यहाँ भीमावाला इलाके में रह रहे शोभित शर्मा ने पुलिस में अपने साथ मारपीट और जान से मारने की धमकी मिलने की FIR दर्ज करवाई है, शोभित का कहना है कि 7 जुलाई को वो अपने बच्चो को स्कूल से लेकर घर आ रहे थे, बरसात होने की वजह से सड़क पर पानी भरा हुआ था, वो एक जगह अपनी कार को बैक कर रहे थे, इस दौरान कार के पहिए से उठे कुछ बरसाती पानी के छींटे पास बनी एक मस्जिद की तरफ उठे

बताया गया है कि घटना के समय कुछ मुस्लिम मस्जिद से जुमे की नमाज़ पढ़ कर निकल रहे थे, इनमे से भीमावाला के ही रहने वाला यासीन के बेटे अवल्ली ने सबसे पहले शोभित शर्मा की कार का दरवाजा खोला और उनकी छाती पर घूँसा मारा, इसके बाद मौरीन, बबलू, खालिद, इसरार, सेठ, अय्यूब आदि लोगों ने एकजुट हो कर शोभित की पिटाई कर दी, पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें पहले तो जान से मार डालने का प्रयास किया गया और और बाद में धमकी दी गई कि अगर वो औकात में नहीं रहेंगे तो उन्हें जान से मार दिया जाएगा!

देहरादून पुलिस ने संवेदनशील स्थानों पर ड्रोन से निगरानी शुरू कर दी है, पुलिस का कहना है कि असामाजिक तत्वों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है, सामाजिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने वालों पर जल्द कार्रवाई का भी आश्वासन दिया गया है!
