@BarclaysBankUS As expected. They excel in stereotyped copy paste replies in minutes and then the drama starts. If I had been satisfied with DM I wouldn’t have joined the entire group of unhappy customers here.

@Ruthyyfruti@vfsglobalcare@VFSGlobal I couldn't agree more...the level of customer service in their branch in Dubai is awful, to say the least! They say they will respond in maximum 48 hours but it's now more than 1 week and no reply!

@AmazonHelp Worse still when I chatted with a Customerservice agent she asked me the details of the card which I had deleted and told me to add it again to my account which made me feel more unsafe.
