Poor decision making. Is it exacerbation of COPD, is it acute coronary syndrome?? Everything but, ? Could this bea PE?

@JimCaruthe88567 @NurseStandard Nurses do not get a fair deal. I had a specialist band 7 role. The role was then taken over by Parmacy, either no experience. You would not give a band 8a role to a specialist nurse with no previous experience. Can this be counted as inequality of pay?

Imagine a long term condition, supposedly costing the NHS 640 million a year (post thrombotic syndrome - including leg ulcers) and the vascular team have developed an intervention to ?cure
