Continuity of care across antenatal, labour and birth and postnatal is ideal but is antenatal continuity of carer better than none at all? If we want to address preterm birth and reduce stillbirth than maybe? Could it be a pathway to full continuity?

This thread is very important. Why do we ignore some critical evidence and yet willingly rush headlong into implementing non evidence based interventions? It is ludicrous.
