@madferretlady @uncle_carl1 @amateuradam @mrchrisaddison GPs have used Covid to become lazy. They are ineffective. You need to be able to diagnose yourself in order to get help. Nurse practitioners are way more effective and connected to the people.

@amateuradam Actually having worked as a contractor in the nhs and having needed to use it recently for my own health reasons I believe it’s broken. Utterly and completely. The model no longer works in today’s society. Throwing money at it now doesn’t solve the problems it has.
