No additional bag was used around the raw meat - standards have clearly dropped!!
@greateranglia It's not acceptable, I get you need to trains to SOV to go back to LST but GA must have been able to send the train that already departed SOV down the line for those waiting after paying an extortionate price to do so!
GA should be providing free warm drinks for those waiting!
@greateranglia fancy giving customers an update as to when trains will turn up rather than say they're delayed? (SOV - LST)
We seem to have trains going SOV from London bound platform and London bound trains being cancelled and not being told when they're turn up

@greateranglia Thanks, I know where to check online... I've been on the platform for 40 mins now...extremely disappointed, they keep saying the 06:36 HOC-LST is delayed and no other update
The 3rd train to SOV has shown up and 0 London bound for an hour now!!!!!!!
