I also realized when what started the fire and kept it burning is achieved or redundant, it’s hard. I had a strong realization that money alone won’t get me out of bed. I think at the end of the day it’s whatever is most fun and is not harmful. Ideally we find something that lights up the fire again and sustains it with the new acquired wisdom

I really liked zone mins, it’s a great indicator for cardio work done. The ring system feels childish and I don’t gather the insight and relativity quickly
