@Telstra As per my previous tweets in this thread, the two accounts had their Apple Music subscriptions cancelled when our plans got “updated”, several days apart. We did not want Apple Music cancelled. What’s the best contact for complaints please
@Telstra real quick why did my Apple Music sub get cancelled and removed from my account? I’ve got a month to month deal and have changed NOTHING, also in the Telstra app the other number on my account is now on a $49 plan while I’m on $50, but both billed at $50... whats goin on
@Telstra The fact that a completely preventable mistake has removed services I paid for and there’s nothing that Telstra can do to fix the mistake that they made in the first place
@Telstra Welp the other account lost Apple Music today and wouldn’t you know it, we definitely did not cancel either of the subscriptions! We’re about to cancel our Telstra things tho coz this is ridiculous
@Telstra I lost Apple Music yesterday morning. We’ve figured out there’s been a “plan restructure”, tho only one number - the one that lost Apple Music - has been “restructured”. Waiting for the other number to lose it in the next few days is... not fun
Also we’ve both had international passes turned on a few times in the last two weeks, and the amount of data we both have has been changed, and now we’re not sharing? And we’re supposed to be sharing??? Why is all this being changed without our consent or approval?
@TransLinkSEQ@brisbanecityqld No worries, it’s just so wild to me that @brisbanecityqld doesn’t like. Communicate with the public transport network that this is happening. Ya know? Thanks for your help :)
@brisbanecityqld would have loved some info about how long we can expect Adelaide st CBD to be blocked for a March. Signs on bus stops, updates from @TransLinkSEQ that sort of thing. Would love to give me appt an ETA of my surprise delay.
This is the second time in 6 weeks that Adelaide st had an unsigned march that closed streets and delayed traffic and Translink had no knowledge of it to pass on to people trying to get anywhere in the cbd.
@TransLinkSEQ once again I’m trying to get a bus on Adelaide st CBD and ONCE AGAIN there will unknown delays because of a march of some kind. I have about 6 services and stops favorited on this st, how is there no updates about this?? #bnetraffic
@TransLinkSEQ It’s a bad spot, the nature strip is really narrow and there’s no natural shade whatsoever, and the shelter is so exposed with no ability to pull down a sun shade or something for that brutal midday sun but anything would be an improvement! I got sunburnt today while waiting 2/2
@TransLinkSEQ who should I talk to about bus shelters that need improving? My very pale self is standing in almost full sun at 1pm waiting for a bus and the bus shelter only shades my face..... I nabbed the “shade” so now the other guy waiting here is in full sun
@TransLinkSEQ Thanks Pete! This was Wynnum rd at Waldo st, stop 20 Norman Park, inbound. About the only practical suggestion is to maybe leave room between the shelter and the residential fence right behind it so folks can stand in that shade? Or get some big trees? 1/2
@NAB it would have been REALLY REALLY GOOD to know that your Visa cards don’t work in an entire country, coz I am currently in japan, where your visas haven’t worked FOR A WEEEK, WITH ZERO GODDDAMN WAY TO PAY FOR MY HOTEL 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

@TransLinkSEQ Thanks for getting back to me, if you’d be able to pass on about 1000 😡 to whoever dropped the ball on that one, I’d appreciate it. I hope the rest of your day goes ok :)
Can’t live tweet the frustration as I’ve had to go catch a train to get out of the city sometime within the next hour #bnetraffic@TransLinkSEQ https://t.co/Lm1jfXWmwu
For real. A beautiful site - that I would have rearranged my travel around so as not to be delayed by 30-45 minutes #bnetraffic adelaide st and CBD are not advisable right now Also ta @TransLinkSEQ for the service update that I do not have
@TransLinkSEQ No worries, it’s a MASSIVE Hare Krishna parade. Adelaide st was closed from the George st intersection all the way down to Creek st, allowing buses down briefly before stopping entirely at the cnr of adelaide and Edward. Not ideal of council to keep that one under their hats
