When a collaborator assures you they have recombinant protein available, but what they actually have is an unsequenced plasmid... which they haven’t been able to express. 😐

@LadyScientist @duffy_ma But the important thing to remember is the all young stage doesn’t last long! Your oldest will be way more independent! That’s why I feel like our hang ups are so silly - it’s all just for a few years out of an entire lifetime.
