1. Fix all the potholes on a war footing
2. Fine auto drivers, two-wheelers and cars heavily for lane violations, dangerous driving on footpath, wrong side driving
3. Mandatory training program to improve civic sense - fine heavily for non-compliance.

@eminentjurist @amazonIN Very similar thing happened with me. I ordered a racing wheel for xbox worth 23k. But instead an ikea organizer worth 2k was delivered. Though Amazon refunded me the money, my confidence has shaken. Going forward I will be recording all high value delivery as an evidence.
