🚧 Hardest lessons learned:
• Windows CMD mangles JSON payloads (use PowerShell Invoke-RestMethod!)
• n8n wraps incoming webhook data in a body object (remap those expressions).
• Local hosting requires tight ngrok tunnel and Uvicorn routing management.
