While Passport Seva Kendras, Direct Benefit Transfers, UPI etc stand as shining examples of how, with the right intent and streamlined systems, government service delivery can be efficient, fast, smooth and most importantly, citizen-centric, yesterday I had yet another first-hand experience of this phenomenal transformation.

Kudos to the staff at @LokSabhaSectt for the smooth and flawless arrangements at the old Parliament annexe building where
all newly elected MPs were able to complete the registration, get ID cards, CGHS cards, FASTags all under one roof within a few minutes.

Thanks to PM @narendramodi ji, with significant progress in digitization and reduction in paper work, the public delivery systems in our country have undergone a comprehensive overhaul over the last decade resulting in #EaseOfLiving for every citizen.
