@consumercourtin Need your help .We purchased phone from @Flipkart and the brand is @OPPOIndia .ph is over heating and draining.We went to service center and JOb status they mentioned everything working fine.But device is overheating but they are not sharing this info JOBstatus
In flipkart reviews also hundreds of ppl told the same thing but still they want us to go to service center .So I am asking send some expert with me I will show how oppo center is taking to ppl when asking for Data tested in front of us.Need help on this please

@OPPOIndia Worst phone.. Battery will drain in 5hours and phone will overheat with in 20mins of video call/social apps video watch and temperature will be around 44c ..better go for other devices

5000MAH btry is giving 5hrs chrg of @OPPOIndia RENO11 series ,As per oppo cust care this is common behavior in reno series .Seeing such a pathetic service from OPPO after spending 30k bucks to buy new phone. @flipkartsupport please help is fixing this issue
