Has anyone successfully booked a Tatkal ticket, other than an agent lately?
@IRCTCofficial what is wrong with your site! Same old problems that customers used to face earlier.
@Taniya_Bhardwaj ๐ I agree. You stood up against so many twisted plots of the one who had zero chills, is certainly commendable.
I hope your nine lives have been replenished!๐ค๐พ
@BlueDart_ There are 2 consignment- 39955083420 and W1516212792. 1st one is from patna to gurgaon and the 2nd is from Mumbai to Gurgaon. Delivery address is same. 2nd was to be delivered on 12th May. No trace of it yet!
Dear @BlueDart_ why does your delivery guy update false information when there has not been any attempt by the concerned person to deliver the consignment?
@flyspicejet So true!! Youโre like that neglected side actor who is doing the job at his own pace waiting for the right moment! Now is the time for you to get bigger roles in the domestic sector.
#WATCH | On IndiGo flight cancellations, Union Civil Aviation Minister, Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu says, "We are deeply observing this, and observing the FDTL norms, scheduling network. We will thoroughly look into this and ensure that all airlines follow due diligence."
@RamMNK@MoCA_GoI You must resign taking responsibility of this fiasco and not ensuring rules made by the govt is followed by @IndiGo6E. What a sham this kind of governance is! Rules are only for common man who suffer endlessly.
@IndiGo6E With this fiasco created by you and your (in)efficient team, what is required with utmost urgency is to nationalise your carrier and follow the new safety rules prescribed almost 2 years back. Alas! @DGCAIndia you couldnโt do one thing that youโre there for. Passenger safety!

Khan Sir, the self-styled YouTube professor, in his recent rant, called Dogra Maharaja Hari Singh a greedy, selfish man who โsurrenderedโ to India only after his family members were allegedly picked up by Pakistani forces. This is not just historically incorrect and intellectually bankrupt but also reeks of Khanโs deep bias and a complete inability to grasp the strategic complexities of 1947.
First, the Maharaja didnโt surrender. He acceded. The Instrument of Accession was a legal document, signed by the rulers of princely states, giving them the sovereign right to choose between India and Pakistan. It wasnโt a document of defeat. It was a document of sovereign choice. That a man who teaches millions cannot differentiate between surrender and accession speaks volumes about the quality of his students and the instruction he offers.
Second, the claim that the Dogra Maharaja acceded to India only when his family members started to get taken away by Pakistanis is a total fabrication.
Maharaja Hari Singh was not sitting clueless. He had already signed a Standstill Agreement with Pakistan, maintaining the status quo while deliberating the future of the state. Pakistan violated that agreement by launching an unprovoked invasion on 22 October 1947, sending both tribal militias and regulars into Jammu and Kashmir. Hindus and Sikhs were r*ped, looted, and b*tchered in parts of Jammu bordering Pakistan. This wasnโt a reaction to any provocation. It was a calculated act of Islamist aggression aimed at forcibly annexing a princely state that had not agreed to choose Islamic Pakistan over secular India.
Hari Singh was trying to resist all external pressures, hoping to avoid internal chaos. And his position was further complicated by Nehruโs conduct. Nehruโs romanticised view of Sheikh Abdullah and his obsession with preserving the so-called Muslim character of Jammu and Kashmir created serious doubts in the Maharajaโs mind about whether New Delhi would protect the interests of Hindu minorities if the state were to accede. That doubt was not paranoia. It was rooted in reality and in the Congressโs failure to protect Hindu and Sikh minorities from Muslim League-led violence during the Partition of India.
This is the part Khan Sir carefully dodged: Jawaharlal Nehru, a Kashmiri Hindu himself, displayed active distrust towards Dogra Maharaja Hari Singh and instead favoured fellow Kashmiri Sheikh Abdullah, a man who would later be jailed for conspiring with Pakistan.
Despite these obstacles, Hari Singh fought. His forces resisted. But the demographic fault lines within the army showed. Sections of his forces, aligned by religion and regional sentiment, turned against him. Exactly the kind of communal betrayal he had feared began to unfold. His concerns were not hypothetical. They were prophetic.
Khan Sir, however, does not mention any of this. He does not mention Nehruโs role in delaying decisive support. He does not mention the betrayal of the Standstill Agreement by Pakistan. He does not mention the greed and aggression of his co-religionists. Instead, he lays the blame at the feet of the one man who tried to save the state from complete collapse.
To vilify Maharaja Hari Singh for trying to navigate an impossible situation is morally perverse. It serves no purpose other than to provide cover for the real perpetrators. And when this distortion comes from someone who claims to be an educator, it becomes even more dangerous. Because propaganda delivered in the guise of knowledge is far more harmful than plain ignorance.
The only greed on display in 1947 was Islamist expansionism, the greed of the subcontinental Muslims to grab as much Hindu land as they could. The only cowardice was the betrayal of trust, the disregard for treaties, and the unleashing of terror on the non-Muslims of J&K. To frame that as Maharajaโs fault is an insult to every victim of terror and a textbook example of how history is weaponised to protect the aggressor.
@zomato how do you manage to disappoint someone so easily on their big day and then your executive have the audacity to say that- I cannot do much except this is standard form of delivery when itโs known that the product ordered will not survive the heat without an ice pack?
This day in Kargil, young Capt Amit Bharadwaj led a search party after Capt Saurabh Kalia's entire patrol had gone missing...... and they too came under massive enemy fire at Bajrang post
Knowing they were hugely outnumbered by the enemy and there was no escape, Capt Amit ordered his men to return to base.... while he engaged the enemy so that his men would not be followed/ killed
Hav Rajvir refused to return. Believed to have said 'bach gaye toh punishment de dijiye Saab. Aapko akela nahin chod sakta'. Both fought courageously to their last breaths. Today is their #BalidanDiwas ๐๐ฎ๐ณ
It took 56 days to retrieve the mortal remains of Bravehearts Capt Amit Bharadwaj & Hav Rajvir Singh....
Think of the families that had to wait
Never Forget #FreedomIsNotFree ๐ฎ๐ณ
Earlier this morning, I went to AFS Adampur and met our brave air warriors and soldiers. It was a very special experience to be with those who epitomise courage, determination and fearlessness. India is eternally grateful to our armed forces for everything they do for our nation.
Ever since Pakistan was slapped down in 1971 - with 93,000 of their soldiers surrendering in the biggest capitulation since World War II - they have lived with a festering wound.
Humiliated, they turned to Zia-ul-Haqโs cowardly doctrine of โa thousand cutsโ against India.
Itโs time we turn their own weapon against them. Not to merely bleed them, but to break them.
To *implode* Pakistan from within.
Just as demonetisation crushed their fragile economy, we must now strike even harder.
By tearing apart the Indus Waters Treaty, by closing every door that allows them a rupee from India. Trade halted. Medical visas scrapped. YouTube propaganda blocked. This must be only the beginning.
Every single avenue of Pakistani earnings and influence must be shut down. Their dramas, their actors, their artistes, their cricket - everything and everyone.
Sever every tie. Burn every bridge. This should have been done thirty years ago. But even today, it is not one day too late.
Bangladesh, too, must not be spared. It is the second head of the same venomous snake. Both must be crushed without mercy, simultaneously and completely.
And most urgently: the traitors within -the sleeper cells hiding in our political parties, NGOs, academia, and media - must be hunted down, exposed, and jailed. If the judiciary is compromised or cowardly, the government must act, with or without them. No excuses.
The people are ready. The nation is ready.
Now, strike.
