जो आदमी शराब से सिर्फ़ नींद के वक़्त दूर होता हो वो कैसे पंजाब चला सकता है? CM मान का alcohol test होना चाहिए और दोषी पाए जाने पर इन्हें CM पद से बर्खास्त करना चाहिए।
