🚨 Shameful condition in Refugee Colony, Jamshedpur. Massive garbage dumping, open filthy drains, unbearable stench, and mosquito breeding right in residential areas. Residents' health is at serious risk. Immediate cleaning and accountability are needed.

Extremely disappointing stay. In 42°C humid weather, the AC was repeatedly switched off and we had to keep reminding staff to turn it on. Misleading commitments, poor management & zero concern for guest comfort. Not worth the money. @MakeMyTrip

Even worse, 15+ services/entertainment facilities mentioned on the app were NOT available at the hotel. This is misleading customers with false information and unfair pricing.

Had the correct details been shown, I would never have booked at such a high amount.

@IndiGo6E Why I was forced to buy Delhi - Amritsar ticket also,I was bit late as per your policy fr Ranchi-Delhi but I had to buy entire fresh tickets frm Ranchi to Amritsar instead of minimal rates as mentioned in explanation over email.

Why I was forced to rebook this flight as well ,I had requested to take some penalty and give me another flight to delhi as delhi to Amritsar flight was intact.
