ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਸਵਰਗਵਾਸੀ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਜੀ, ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕੇਸਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਰੇਵਾਲ, ਨੰਬਰਦਾਰ ਸਾਹਬ ਪਿੰਡ ਭੂਖੜੀ ਕਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

राहुल गांधी @RahulGandhi सीईसी ज्ञानेश कुमार जी के इस्तीफे की मांग कर सकते हैं, लेकिन आरोप सबूत नहीं होते, राजनीतिक बयान प्रमाण नहीं होते और किसी भी आरोप को उचित प्रक्रिया का विकल्प नहीं बनाया जा सकता। सवाल हैं तो जवाब दीजिए, दावे हैं तो प्रमाण दीजिए। लोकतंत्र में जवाबदेही, पारदर्शिता एवं तथ्य जरूरी हैं, राजनीतिक दिखावा नहीं-

ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਜਵਾਬ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ (SOI) ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਆਰਗੇਨਾਈਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ, @Akali_Dal_, ਫਿਰ @INCIndia ਅਤੇ @INCPunjab ਤੋਂ @BJP4Punjab ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ ਆਗੂ ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਕਥਿਤ ₹6,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਘਪਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ?

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ? ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਈ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਭਾਜਪਾਈ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ ਨਿਸ਼ਕਾਮ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ?

ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੋ, ਕੀ ਇਹ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ?

ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ-ਵੱਸਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨਾਲ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਤੱਕ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਾਰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਚਲਦਿਆਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ Y+ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ? ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਕਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਬਤੀਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ, ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਿਊਮਨ ਰਾਈਟਸ ਆਰਗੇਨਾਈਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਘਪਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਮੁੱਖ ਜੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਵੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਨਬੀਨ ਜੀ, ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੋ?

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਅਰਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਯਾਤਰਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਠੋਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਨੀਂਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਟਕਸਾਲੀ, ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਕਰਤਾ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਨਸੰਘ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ- ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਆਗੂਆਂ, ਛੱਡੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਲ ਅਤੇ “ਟੈਸਟ-ਟਿਊਬ ਆਗੂਆਂ” ਦੇ ਸਹਾਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।

ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਤਿਨ ਨਬੀਨ ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਸ਼ਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਮਾਣ-ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਕ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ, ਧੰਨਵਾਦ-

I want to put this before you in a very straight and clear manner: you are coming to Punjab on September 18, 2026, to begin a yatra against drugs.

But before that, Punjab deserves clear answers. Why are reports regarding the alleged ₹6,000-crore drug scam reportedly referring to the names of Parminder Singh Brar who earlier belonged to (SOI) Student Organization of India, @Akali_Dal_, then @INCIndia & @INCPunjab & later joined @BJP4Punjab, along with Boney Ajnala of Amritsar?

Why, despite allegations reportedly raised against these individuals, has there been no clear public explanation regarding the status of any investigation? And despite such questions, why were they given important responsibilities in the BJP Punjab organisation so quickly? Why have many old, deserving BJP workers who have been serving the organisation selflessly for years not received similar responsibilities?

Make it clear to Punjabis- is this yatra intended to create awareness among Punjabis living across the world, or will it deliver concrete action against the drug network?

Parminder Singh Brar & Boney Ajnala are publicly associated with political circles in Delhi, including Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa. Questions have also been raised about their access to senior political offices. These matters deserve transparent clarification based on facts and official records.

There are also questions regarding whether government Y+ security was provided to them and if so, on what official grounds and security assessment. At the same time, many individuals who have genuinely faced threats and worked against terrorism continue to seek adequate protection. The criteria for security cover should be transparent, objective and based on assessed threat.

It has also been reported that the names of Parminder Singh Brar & Boney Ajnala were mentioned in material attributed to Justice Ajit Singh Bains, Chairman, Punjab Human Rights Organisation, concerning the alleged drug scandal. It has further been stated that such material was submitted before the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. These matters should be examined through the competent legal and investigative authorities, and the factual position should be made clear.

Amit Shah Ji & Nitin Nabin Ji, are you genuinely serious about Punjab’s drug crisis?

Punjab does not need slogans or yatras alone. Punjab needs concrete, measurable results against drugs.

The real foundation of the BJP in Punjab is its old, dedicated & grassroots cadre. Punjabis know very well the families who have devoted their entire lives to the organisation and the party, from the days of the Jana Sangh to the present.

Let me make this absolutely clear- Punjab cannot be built politically by sidelining its old, dedicated leaders & workers and relying primarily on leaders who have been rejected by the public or have left other political parties.

मैं आपके सामने बात बिल्कुल सीधी और साफ़ रखना चाहता हूँ कि आप 18 सितंबर 2026 को पंजाब आकर नशों के खिलाफ यात्रा शुरू करने जा रहे हैं।

लेकिन इससे पहले पंजाब की जनता को यह जवाब अवश्य दें कि पहले (SOI) Student Organization of India, @Akali_Dal_, फिर @INCIndia एवं @INCPunjab से अब @BJP4Punjab में शामिल हुए नेता परमिंदर सिंह बराड़ एवं बोनी अजनाला, अमृतसर के नाम कथित ₹6,000 करोड़ के नशा घोटाले से जुड़ी रिपोर्ट में सामने आने की खबरें क्यों आ रही हैं?

इन दोनों के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोपों की अब तक कोई जांच क्यों नहीं की गई और इसके बावजूद इन्हें इतनी जल्दी भाजपा पंजाब के संगठन में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण एवं अहम जिम्मेदारियां क्यों दी गईं? ऐसी जिम्मेदारियां लंबे समय से संगठन एवं भाजपा के लिए निस्वार्थ सेवा कर रहे अनेक पुराने और हकदार भाजपाइयों को आज तक क्यों नहीं मिलीं?

पंजाबियों को यह स्पष्ट करें- क्या यह यात्रा दुनिया भर में बसे पंजाबियों को गुमराह करने के लिए है?

परमिंदर सिंह बराड़ एवं बोनी अजनाला के दिल्ली-स्थित राजनीतिक नेता श्री मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा के साथ निकट संबंध हैं। मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा के माध्यम से ही उन्हें आपके कार्यालय एवं आवास तक सीधी पहुंच मिली।

श्री मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा की सिफारिश के चलते इन्हें संगठन में जिम्मेदारियां देने के साथ-साथ क्या आपके द्वारा इन्हें बिना उचित कारण सरकारी Y+ सुरक्षा भी प्रदान की गई? जबकि आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ने वाले और वास्तव में जरूरतमंद अनेक व्यक्तियों को आज तक ऐसी सुरक्षा उपलब्ध नहीं है और वे रब के भरोसे अपना जीवन बिता रहे हैं।

परमिंदर सिंह बराड़ एवं बोनी अजनाला के नाम जस्टिस अजीत सिंह बैंस चेयरमैन, पंजाब ह्यूमन राइट्स ऑर्गेनाइजेशन की नशा घोटाले से संबंधित रिपोर्ट में दर्ज होने की बात भी सामने आई है। बताया जाता है कि यह रिपोर्ट माननीय पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट, चंडीगढ़ के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश के समक्ष भी प्रस्तुत की गई है।

अमित शाह जी एवं नितिन नबीन जी, क्या आप पंजाब के नशों के संकट को लेकर वास्तव में गंभीर हैं?

पंजाब को नारों या यात्राओं की नहीं, बल्कि नशों के खिलाफ ठोस परिणामों की आवश्यकता है।

पंजाब में भाजपा की असली नींव उसके टकसाली, समर्पित और जमीनी स्तर के कार्यकर्ता हैं। पंजाबी उन परिवारों को भली-भांति जानते हैं, जिन्होंने जनसंघ के समय से लेकर आज तक अपना पूरा जीवन संगठन और पार्टी के लिए समर्पित कर दिया।

मैं यह बात बिल्कुल स्पष्ट कर देना चाहता हूँ- टकसाली नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को किनारे करके तथा जनता एवं राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा अस्वीकार किए गए नेताओं, छोड़े हुए राजनीतिक माल और “टेस्ट-ट्यूब नेताओं” के सहारे पंजाब नहीं जीता जा सकता।
