Can you please help me understand what failed at samsung with S23Ultra!
Why are there so many devices dying of motherboard failures soon after the launch of S26 series?
Is there a valid explanation for users to believe they are not intentionally killed?

Thank you for letting me down. A flagship ultra phone that costs ₹1.25Lakhs dies in 3year 2months and I am expected to spend ₹43k more to replace the motherboard.
I regret purchasing S26ultra with blind trust on Samsung to revive my s23ultra.

The biggest disappointment I had was for the fact that the top of the line spec device dying during operation, which brings serious quality concerns. There is also an open end theory that it was intentionally killed to up sell the latest launch as numerous S23ultras died lately.

@Umeriqbal32411 @Entroprox @AnxiousHolly @enough_yt @SamsungMobile @TMobileHelp User either tried custom rom or custom recovery and that softbricked the phone. If you still have access to bootloader, you can enter and use Odin to flash stock rom of the specific model. XDADevelopers and Sammobile are your best friends in this case. Good luck with that.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile your team tried reaching out to me but samsung's own spam protection have blocked calls from your service line and I couldn't talk to them for wjat ever they called for.
I tried reaching out to them over email and ko response there after.

My s23ultra died due to Motherboard failure as confirmed by service centre. 3Y 2M is the life time it got despite being 1.3L rupee ultra phone. There are so many questions consumers need answers to. Dies in 3.2yrs, soon after new series launch! Intentionally bricked or QC issue?

@3rdEyeDude @meltwith @BMTC_BENGALURU While this is true, not keeping a government run organisation accountable for the damage is like allowing them to do it again. One have to be put on spot for mistakes for them to not repeat it. Respect should be mutual on roads.

@3rdEyeDude It is always the rearender at fault. If they hit from behind, they aren't maintaining safe following distance. The worst part is they argue they aren't the problem and blame vehicle in front for applying brakes suddenly. Dumb defence they play.

@roman5492700 @dealztrendz Sticking my personal favorites Ambrane and portronics for power needs. From chargers, cables to powerbanks, I have a decade of expereince with ambrane and I can't leave my comfort zone & can'trisk the expensive ultras anymore. Thanks for the suggestion though.
