@Lenskart_com @LenskartSupport @peyushbansal The customer service is pathetic at the Lenskart located in the Phoenix - Avenue of stars mall in Viman Nagar, Pune. They dont follow the customer requirement, do false promises and make customer wait for long hours (not minutes)

@Lenskart_com @LenskartSupport @peyushbansal As far as i know lenskart had 1 day delivery policy. If not one day delivery should be made within 4 days. But for me the delivery date is 21 june which is 7 days of my order.

Customer care number is not responsive. When i click 2 for "need help in existing orders" instead of connecting to an agent the call gets cut automatically.
There is no contact number to call the lenskart store directly.
