Hello,Y’day my sister travelled with PNR B9YETF and she was charged wrongfully with below things happened:
- She was carrying merly 500 gms extra in hand luggage so it was 7.5 kgs.But she was with a student ID so total weight wasn't exceeding.

- Above all he said out of this 6500 INR, you will get 3000 INR back in your payment method but same mentioned nowhere !!
- Without paying the amount, the staff wasn't ready to let her board the flight!!

- The spice-jet manager said it is 500 gms extra but the shape of the luggage is not appropriate. Though, It was just a backpack with a laptop and 1 book.
- To justify the shape of the luggage, he demanded 6500 INR and wrote 10kgs in the attached receipt.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport I’ve been wrongly charged as maintenance fee by your bank for lifetime free credit card !! I’ve been informed that even though I don’t do transaction, I won’t be charged where as even spending nearly 1 lac, I’ve been charged.

Complete misinformation and fraud by @airtelindia as their notification says new pack validity will start only after existing pack expires which had still 20 days validity left. But after doing recharge of different amount than existing pack,older one got lapsed and lost 20 days

Customer care is saying that previous pack and latest pack amount should be same then only above condition applies but it’s not mentioned anywhere clearly. Need strict action from @TRAI @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw for pathetic and cheater company.
