@PaulOBrienArch @silvergoatish Don't let it go, a lot of them will give you all sorts of excuses so to try to put you off reporting. It seems to me that there's a cohort that couldn't be arsed with the paper work and follow up. Make sure you get a pulse number off them so you know it's recorded in the system.

If the person on the left was on their own (they're the only one in the position that a pedestrian is likely to be) it would be a lot closer to 100m before you're deciding are they a pole or a person. A torch will be obvious long before that
@Oismur@David_aherne88@GavinTobin @colmpbyrne I'm not saying don't wear something reflective, don't get me wrong but the effectiveness of it is way overstated. In your pics above, at 250ft (76metres) you can just about make out something reflective, you have 3 seconds at 80kph to decide is that a reflective post or a person.
