@SMBMoneyMike Customer service is also one of them, but pick up the phone and dial your local competitors you will see most don’t answer the phone.

I priced it & sent over agreement.
Two days later we are signed.

Woke up to messages from an overnight client complaining things getting missed.

Let go of a cleaner because they thought they were bigger than the program. Cleaned well but was too nonchalant for us.
