When a farmer shares their data with a third party, they want to know that the data is not going to be used illegally. If the data is valuable, that value should be obtained legally and shared with the farmer or rancher. #ADTCorePrinciples

Collecting quality data on the farm requires time, money, and effort on the part of the farmer. If a technology provider is to then collect and utilize that data, they should provide clear notice to the farmer of what is happening with that data. #ADTCorePrinciples
The farmer owns the data. We don't believe there should ever be a ? at the end of that statement. That is why we focus on helping farmers and ranchers know that the contracts they sign are clear about ownership from the get go. #ADTCorePrinciples
