@AtticusLemahieu The baseball stadium is also an interesting soundscape as all the sound seems to come from a speaker in centerfield forcing the sound to travel well over the 390 feet to be audible to the crowd. #1102archsound

of its original source, can become noise." and because he uses the word "right" it can be set. If we set it at 0 then silence is noisy. #1102archsound

@gbarcellos3 They are visible but they aren't as intimidating and prominent as a watch tower. Also a good surveillance camera is well hidden and can often be unnoticed. #1102archsound

@gbarcellos3 No, they aren't. The panopticon had so much control because a watchtower was visible to all the inmates. As Calvino argues ,"without crown, without scepter, no one will realize you are king (59)." So a hidden camera doesn't have the same effect as a watch tower. #1102archsound
