@AerLingus @cycleprawn Service on board is completely different to the customer service outside of that space. They've become none existent on X. I have a case open for lost goods - was told to follow up but when I get passed the bot after a long wait it passes me back to the bot each time

@CarlowWeather is it just me or does it feel much colder than the reported temperature? I'm in Co Wicklow and finding it very cold during the day. Normally the cold doesnt bother me!
