@airindia Have been flying Air India since it was Indian Airlines & AI. Then Vistara. FF in all three hardly availed any benefits. Today had a pleasant surprise when at the boarding gate I was upgraded to Business Class from Premium Economy. Thank you very much 👍🏼

i do appreciate your genuine concern to allow priority boarding for "wheelchair" pax & their attendants, the misuse of this service is increasing. Flt 6E 7179 on 30th May saw 11 pax on priority boarding with 1 relative on wheelchair. Time to limit number of attendants

I flewon 18 Apr on 6E404. surprised to c the inflight crew do not even have a simple privacy to have snacks. A seat near the toilets. Courtesy demands atleast a sliding curtain near the seat which cld be folded during takeoff and landing. indigo please look into this @IndiGo6E
