@Honda@HondaCustSvc I'm really struggling with communicating with dealership in Colorado that gave me the wrong key fob for my CRV in 2020. It's my back up key but just realized it doesn't work since it belongs to another vehicle. Help! I just want them to fix their mistake.
Please @FedExHelp contact me. After 3 phones calls this weekend to process a simple vacation hold request, one of my orders was delivered, causing an unplanned 3 hour trip to move the package. William S from Resolution Team Dept was rude and argumentative. Really bad experience.
@LOFT Is there a faster way to get through to Customer Service and resolve an order that was never delivered, cancelled and never refunded? I placed my order on May 14. Still trying to get my money back for clothes I never received
@SenSanders Been on the phone every hour since 8am today trying to call Colorado Dept Labor & Employment do discuss my denied unemployment claim. Called 200 times-could not get through. No money coming in. Last paycheck was early March. #exhausted#UnemploymentInsurance
@jaredpolis I called CDLE Unemployment office 179 times today and haven't gotten through once. Just need help to understand what to do next with my claim. No information online. Exhausted of calling and working for grocery delivery since I can't get my unemployment check.
85 minutes and counting on hold with @americanairlnes to find out why they changed my reservation and figure out a solution. Why is it so hard to talk to someone?
@Kohls Your Customer Service Department needs to shape up. I've never talked to a representative and supervisor before that cared so little. Rude, disagreeable and inconsiderate. I dropped a few hundred dollars since Black Friday. No future shopping plans.

@JustFlyGlobal Wow, ok. I hope I don't get stuck in Paris for several additional days because it took up to 5 days to rebook my flight. I'm very nervous right now. Should I just try calling back again?
@JustFlyGlobal Thank you! I really appreciate it. I tried calling back but the hold time was just so long and between work and other responsibilities, I can't sit on hold for 60+ minutes.
@JustFlyGlobal Reference Number 078-401-122. Iceland Air canceled one of the legs of my trip. Just spent 48 minutes on hold with your customer service and gave up. Repeated auto message of you have more than a 15 minute wait/use the support page. Help! Just want to get a new flight.
@Delta I've spoken to several Delta skymiles customers and asked about their experiences. One friend told me they were given an option to reduce the fee from $150 to 75. Another friend told me they were given Skymiles. I wasn't offered anything. I'll be moving my business elsewehere
@Delta@Delta Chose not to help me out. It's ok. I'll make status on another competitor in 2018. I fly frequently and I will not be giving you my service going forward.
@Delta I've been a loyal Delta customer over the years. Gold Status and Amex Credit Card previously.100,000+ miles earned and traveled. Just lost 35K miles on an award ticket and no waived fees. Where's the love for ruined Thanksgiving plans?
