@airtel Hi team, i have paid for this on monday and got committed, that the wifi connection will be installed on Monday at 6:00 PM. But the same has not happened. Today I got a call from one of your technicians Suvam Mohanty contact no. 7205982828 and asked about the time slot.

@airtel I told him that i will be available at 6:00 PM and he confirmed that he will be available at the location on the scheduled time. At 4:52 PM i left the office and called Suvam to come to the location and he said yes.
