Petition to stop mandatory Halal certification !
....Not in India, But in Kenya !!!

Three Kenyans have filed a case at the High Court in Nairobi seeking urgent orders to stop growing use of private certification systems - especially Halal certification !

In court papers, the petitioners are asking the court to restrain government agencies and public bodies from “enforcing, requiring, or treating any private certification system… as a mandatory condition” for licensing, trade, or public procurement unless anchored in law.

“The issue before this Honourable Court is not religion,” the petitioners state in their supporting affidavit. “It arises from the manner in which such certification is currently operating within Kenya, where it is increasingly influencing access to supply chains and market participation.”

🔸आमच्या कोल्हापूरच्या गरीब शेतकऱ्यांना प्रश्न पडला आहे की, हे या दूधाला हलाल करणार म्हणजे काय करणार?

🔸अजून संपूर्ण भारतात गोकुळ दूध पोहोचले नसताना, ते मुस्लिम देशांना का पाठवायचे आहे ?
हलाल प्रमाणपत्र देणारी “जमियत उलेमा हिंद” ही संस्था हलालच्या पैशांचा वापर जिहादी आतंकवादी यांच्या केसेस लढण्यासाठी करते. तर गोकुळचे दूध घेणाऱ्यांचा पैसाही जिहाद्यांच्या सुटकेसाठी खर्च होणार का ?

🔸 जर हे दूध हलाल आहे, तर ते घेण्यासाठी हिंदूंनी पैसे का द्यावेत ?
