@Bob1321 @tapairportugal I got an economy ticket so either I can reschedule it to another date w no charge until Jan 13, 2023 (pay the fare difference of course) or get w refund / voucher for airport taxes only (90 GBP for me).

@kiwicom247 Hello Kiwi: My Booking number is 117396510. My flight kept changing so I've asked for a refund. I chose Career Self Service for a refund (WizzAir) and they cannot process the refund as it's through an agency (see screen shot). How can I get my refund back ASAP?

@wizzair My flight was rescheduled so I had to ask for a refund through Kiwi (agency). Now they're telling me to get refund directly from Wizz. On your website, it says to directly talk to the agency. How can I get my refund without going back and forth?
