but he never let it show on stage
instead using it as fuel

I watched "EPIC: Elvis Presley in Concert" last night… and I’ve got one question:

Why did I wait so long!?

This film didn’t just leave the building, it kicked the doors open, turned the lights up, and brought The King back to life in a way that felt… well… now or never.

Baz Luhrmann has done it again. He takes never-before-seen footage, a long-lost Elvis interview, and with a little cinematic TCB, he builds something that doesn’t just tell the story… it feels like Elvis is right there in the room with you.

And let me tell you, this isn’t just nostalgia.

This is Elvis at the height of his powers.

Vegas.
Early 70s.
The jumpsuit.

The presence.
The electricity.

You don’t just watch it…

You can’t help falling in love with it all over again.

The film opens with a powerful, fast-moving ride through Elvis’ life.

Sun Records to superstardom.

It then drops you right into those legendary nights at the International Hotel (now the Westgate). And from that moment on, you’re not just a viewer…

You’re in the audience.

With the new 2026 mastering and next-level technology, every note, every move, every glance feels alive. It’s as if time itself said, “Thank you… thank you very much,” and gave us Elvis one more time.

And here’s the thing…

Even if you’re not a die-hard Elvis fan, even if you’ve never owned a single record, I’ve got a feeling this movie will have you all shook up by the end.
