@narendramodi @RailMinIndia It's very disgusting management of Tatkal Booking Service on @IRCTCofficial within 3-6mins of Tatkal Booking Time whole site, app gets crashed and later on its ok to go but meanwhile we don't even get a confirm tickets while we on the payment portal.

Upset with @IRCTCofficial Booking Preference for 60 days prior Ticket Reservation. Within 15 mins of the Stipulated time the Booking Slots went from Available to Waiting List for 16337 - OKHA ERS Exp from BSR to KKW. And even berth preference didn't work for Senior Citizens.

@RailwaySeva Still no announcement regarding the train has been done at the Railway Station. It's almost 30mins and counting the delay in the arrival of the MEMU train.
