🚨 Completely unacceptable service from @IndiGo6E! Flight PNR APTYGV was scheduled for 2100 hrs on 15th April from SXR to CCU but was cancelled due to rain. Left stranded late at night without cab services or hotel accommodations—told bluntly that hotels wouldn’t be provided.

Rescheduled for 1805 hrs on 16th April, our already paid-for preferred seats were unavailable. After persistent requests, they reluctantly gave us emergency exit seats. Despite several appeals, no complimentary meal was provided on the lengthy, rescheduled flight.
