Here’s my complimentary appreciation post:

1. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was a great statesman.

2. I deeply admire Modi ji’s skincare routine. Whatever combination of glutathione, retinol, collagen peptides, Korean serums and divine blessings he’s using deserves a Nobel Prize in skincare and Anti aging phenomenon.

3. I also want the address of those legendary mushrooms. They seem to unlock dimensions invisible to ordinary citizens.

4. Amit Shah’s kutniti deserves its own MBA specialization: “Advanced Narrative Engineering & Political Chess.”

5. BJP has mastered the art of narrative-building so brilliantly that I wish they had been in power when I was in primary school. I’d never have failed Maths, I would’ve simply reframed 27/100 as “a historic mandate with selective numerical challenges.”

6. Thanks to BJP, I now know how to present unfinished work to my boss as a “transformational achievement.”

7. I grew up believing Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and everyone else were simply fellow human beings. BJP Politics later introduced me to the fascinating business model of manufacturing permanent divisions.

8. Thank you, BJP, for teaching an entire generation that every issue can be converted into a battlefield, every disagreement into a conspiracy, and every criticism into an anti-national plot.

Overall, I lob… sorry, love Modi ji.

did you know the penalty for driving without a valid puc certificate can go up to ₹10,000?

my puc had expired, but i had to travel for a friend's wedding. i thought i'd find a puc centre on the way and get it renewed. bad idea.

just after crossing the toll booth, traffic police stopped me. first licence, then puc. i did the usual drama of checking every pocket and document folder, but he smiled and said, "sir, i already checked online. it's expired."

i told him it had expired just a day ago. he said, "still have to pay the fine."

then came the interesting part.
"should i put the fine online?" he asked.

i assumed it would be ₹500-1000 and said okay. he started entering details on his phone, then looked up and asked again, "should i put the fine online or do you want to pay here?"

that's when i finally understood the question.

a ₹200 note quietly changed hands. my licence came back. i drove away.

for the rest of the journey i kept wondering whether i had done the right thing. was saving a few hundred rupees worth it? what if another cop stopped me?

when i got home, i checked the actual penalty online.
₹10,000.
for forgetting to renew a puc.

and the worst part,
the next morning i went to renew it. the centre didn't even test my car properly. they just issued the certificate and sent me off.

a system where the fine is ₹10,000 but the compliance check itself is often a formality doesn't feel like pollution control. it feels like a big scam.

When exactly are you planning to reduce petrol m? Or is the rule simple: prices rise instantly when crude goes up, but never come down when crude falls?

When exactly are you planning to reduce petrol and diesel prices? Or is the rule simple: prices rise instantly when crude goes up, but never come down when crude falls? Indian citizens deserve relief, not endless excuses. Stop treating fuel prices as a one-way street.

Petrol Price -
Then: ₹94.5/litre
Now: ₹104.5/litre

Thanks to the "Ethanol Man of India," Mr. Gadkari, I am losing around ₹35K for every 10K km driven in the name of making India self-reliant.

Crude oil prices are around $80 per barrel, yet petrol prices remain high. When crude oil prices rise, fuel prices increase quickly. But when crude oil prices fall, consumers rarely see the same benefit.
