Fiber internet is not just Mbps. Stability matters too.Please investigate properly.
@mcdonaldsindia@Swiggy Repeatedly facing the same issue while travelling by train. Orders placed well in advance keep getting cancelled at the last moment citing “damaged packaging.” This has happened multiple times across different outlets over the last 6 months.
@SwiggyCares Refunding the money doesn’t solve the real issue. If someone trusted your service, hadn’t eaten since morning, and the order got cancelled at the last minute with no alternative for the next 5 hours, just a refund isn’t justified. Reliability matters too.
@mcdonaldsindia Are you using such low-quality packaging materials that the same “damaged packaging” issue keeps repeating, especially for train orders? Facing this repeatedly across different outlets while travelling . Need a proper investigation and permanent resolution.
@JioCare@jio_fiber Bandwidth alone does not indicate a healthy internet connection. Stability, latency, and jitter are equally important.
At least your support team should have some basic knowledge about this.

Deeply disappointed with @airindia handling of luggage damage: My bag arrived completely broken on my Pune Guwahati trip. I was only offered a voucher, no real assistance, no proper PIR copy. As a frequent flyer, I’ve never faced such an unprofessionalism from a star alliance.
