ये एक खेल है जिसमे अधिकारी, नेता सब सम्मलित हैं, कूड़ा एक जगह से उठाया जाता है, और उसका दूसरी जगह ढेर लगा दिया जाता है, फिर जब शिकायत मिलती है तो उसको वहाँ से उठा के किसी तीसरी जगह (या तो सरकार की खाली पड़ी जमीन में या ग्रीन बेल्ट में) ढेर लगा दिया जाता है, इस प्रकार एक ही कूड़े को कई बार उठाने के लिए बार बार एजेंसी को या किसी प्राइवेट ठेकेदार को पैसे दिए जाते हैं,और मज़े के बात तो ये है के इतना पैसा खर्च होने के बाद भी कूड़ा ज्यों का त्यों है।इस भ्रष्टाचार को इतना ऑर्गनाइज्ड बना दिया है के आम जनता को पता ही नहीं चल रहा के हो क्या रहा है। #TripleEngine
