Founders for Founders since 2012: GSF launched its first accelerator program in 2012. We invested in 65 startups during between 2012 till 2019, creating a portfolio gain of 10X and many iconic startups in the process: From @whatfix to @MediBuddyapp, from @quizizz to @Slintel_Inc, from Little Eye Labs to Daily Rounds, and many more.

COVID; was a transformative period for the Indian startup ecosystem and also for us. We changed our model of yearly program with 6-10 startups and opened the program to a larger number of founders/startups. Since then, this one of its kind accelerator program, runs twice in an year and trains/mentors 300+ startups in an year. It’s now the largest and most respected startup program in India.

Had a fascinating conversation with two accomplished angel investors @sumitjain @amiyapathak

Best pay offs happen when you do “Day Zero investing”, usually when you are the sounding board of founders for ideas and give them money to convert their ideas into products/startups.

Day 1 investing is when startups raise pre-seed round where many angels invest. This is where your brand as an angel helps in getting allocation in hot startups.

Day 10 investing happens when angels invest in rounds led by VCs and it rarely produces bumper results, even though it appears safer.
