@AmericanExpress Feedback- if u ask for standing instrctn based service pmt from custmr like LiC, pls hv courtesy to inform that you pay only on grace period & not on due dt. Also stop blaming bill desk as I had to pay penalty twice on phn bills that u did not pay on due dt.
