Extremely disappointed with Kia India.

My car’s clutch failed at just ~8,000 km. What followed was misinformation, rude behavior at Balaji Kia Faizabad, denial of RSA support & ₹5,500 towing loss.

After reaching there, the vehicle was left unattended for hours. Staff behavior was rude, and later they admitted the required part was NOT available.
Kia RSA denied further support, forcing me to spend ₹5,500 on towing.
Still no resolution

Before towing the vehicle, I specifically confirmed with Balaji Kia Faizabad that the required parts were available. Their team assured me the car would be repaired there, so I used Kia RSA towing support and transported the vehicle.

@FastrackWorld @TitanWatches I paid ₹500via gift card +99 via upi, got only ₹99 refund. Also The card is now useless. I demand the full refund to my bank account, not a gift card. Final warning — refund in 24 hrs or I’ll file a fraud & harassment case.

@UPPCLLKO There have been frequent and long power cuts in chittepur village tehsil gauriganj district amethi U.P., causing a lot of inconvenience to residents.
Only 7-8 hrs of electricity comes here.

@airtelindia I mistakenly recharged ₹548 while my ₹849 plan was active, and now the ₹849 plan has disappeared. Customer care is unresponsive, and emails are bouncing. This feels like fraud.
Please resolve this urgently!
