Apparently the item was delivered!Boots don't actually care that I didn't receive the item nor has anyone been able to provide proof I received the item.Lies about contact and pushing me to the manufacturer who send me back to boots 🙈 another big company who doesn't give a damn

@BootsUK 6 weeks since placing an order, 5 weeks since submitting the form to say part of it is missing (no response), 40 minutes on the phone and I have to wait another week until a refund request is even submitted while you wait to hear back from YOUR third party supplier. #HNY
