@Kitkadenya If you try these tools and really like them you could consider buying the "Affinity Trinity" tools which have a really good raster and vector editor. I think it's about $150-200 one time purchase but they sometimes have discounts.

@Kitkadenya Free tools for raster (pixel) art: GIMP, Krita. You can use a drawing tablet.
For vector art: look into Inkscape and Vectr
I think vector art or a mix of both is great to get really polished outcomes.

Double check that deletes the PIN not the phone data!
